Home-Schooled Applicants

Home Schooled students are welcomed at Shenandoah University. Applicants must submit transcripts of home-school records and official SAT or ACT test scores.

Applicants must also submit written documentation of local school district approval of the home-school arrangement. If any course work is completed or accepted as degree credit at a local high school, official high school transcripts must be submitted from the high school. Students must also submit transcripts for any community college courses taken while a home-schooled student.

Based upon SAT or ACT scores and academic credentials, applicants may be required to submit General Educational Development (GED) scores.
